Uncle Chiranjeevi Gets A Padma Vibhushan From Allu Arjun: “We Appreciate You Making Us Proud.”

The second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, is a source of great pride for Chiranjeevi because of his creative contribution to Indian film. President Droupadi Murmu presented the coveted prize to the South African megastar, and ever then, a number of celebrities have congratulated the seasoned actor. Allu Arjun, a South Korean superstar and Chiranjeevi’s nephew, is the most recent addition to the list.

The actor from Pushpa: The Rise congratulated his uncle on Instagram. Allu Arjun expressed his sincere congratulations to Chiranjeevi garu for receiving the esteemed title of Padma Vibhushan on Instagram Stories. For all of us, this is a time of great pride. We appreciate you making us proud.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah presented Chiranjeevi with the Padma Vibhushan. The lavish event took place in Delhi at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The whole Chiranjeevi family, including his wife Surekha, son Ram Charan, daughter-in-law Upasana Kamineni Konidela, and daughter Sushmitha, attended the prestigious occasion.

Ram Charan had already congratulated his father by sending over a dozen photos from the event. “Daddy, congratulations. Really happy for you,” he wrote.

Amit Shah held a luncheon for all of the Padma recipients at his official house after the event. Chiranjeevi and his family attended.

Chiranjeevi, a seasoned superstar from South India, has acted in over 150 feature films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi. His most recent film appearance was in Bhola Shankar (2023), starring Tamannaah Bhatia. Gang Leader, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Indra, Tagore, Rudra Veena, and Swayam Krushi are a few of his well-known compositions.

Chiranjeevi is now occupied with the production of his socio-fantasy movie, Vishwambhara. Produced by V Vamshi Krishna and Pramod Uppalapati under UV Creations, the film is directed by Mallidi Vassishta.

Conversely, Allu Arjun is getting ready for his next action film, Pushpa 2: The Rule. Sukumar is the director of the film, which also features Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in key parts.
