Lawyers in the UK are ‘coaching’ illegal Indian immigrants to claim they support Khalistan in order to get asylum

Lawyers in the UK are encouraging ‘illegal’ Indian migrants to apply for asylum there by pretending to be pro-Khalistanis. The UK body is keeping an eye on around 40 legal firms, and they have been caught doing such dubious activities.

The event came to light when a Daily Mail reporter acting as an undercover agent visited several law offices and pretended to be an unauthorized Indian immigrant who had traveled to Britain on a tiny boat in search of employment.

The majority of advice from the businesses was that the individual identify himself as a Punjabi farmer who supports the Khalisatn cause.

According to the article, a lawyer advised he claim that after taking part in the farmers’ demonstration, he was urged to join Amritpal Singh, a Khalistan separatist, for a fee of 5,500 pounds. He would eventually have to disclose that Indian security has threatened his life as a result of these instances.

In order to win the lawsuit, according to another attorney who demanded 10,000 pounds, he must portray himself as pro-Khalistani even though he is not required to do so.

UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said on Twitter, “This is what we’re up against. The Labour Party, a small group of attorneys, and criminal gangs are all on the same side, supporting an exploitative system that makes money by bringing people into the UK illegally. I have a strategy to halt it.

He said, “Labour have tried to block every vote to stop the boats,” in later tweets. Their immigration strategy is an open door. But I’m aware that for the British people, stopping the boats is a top concern. And I’m doing all I can to finish it. He went on to discuss the agreement he had made with France for the biggest small boats ever, which would result in 40% more patrols on French beaches. He also said that he reached an agreement with Albania to facilitate deportations and discourage FNOs.
