Near the Russian city of Samara, a railway bridge exploded; an attack is suspected

According to emergency services cited by the RIA news agency on Monday, a bomb has shaken a railway bridge close to the Russian city of Samara.

One of the centers of heavy industry in Russia is the Samara area, which is situated on the Volga River in the southwest of the nation.

TASS claims that an explosive device was the cause of the tragedy. Russia has accused Ukraine of a slew of assaults on its industrial and logistical infrastructure in recent months.

Russian Railways said that there have been no injuries recorded; however, traffic across the bridge has been halted due to what they refer to as “illegal interference.”
