Active Covid Cases Increase to 1,463 Cases Nationwide

40 new coronavirus infections have been reported in India, and there are now 1,463 active cases, according to data from the Union Health Ministry that was updated on Sunday. The figures updated at 8 am showed that 5,31,915 people had died.

The total for the Covid case is 4.49 crore (4,49,95,264). The website of the health ministry reports that the national Covid-19 recovery rate is 98.81%.

4,44,61,886 persons have recovered from the illness, bringing the case mortality rate down to 1.18 percent. On the country as a whole, 220.67 crore doses of the Covid vaccine have been provided, according to the ministry’s website.
