NTA CMAT 2024: Online applications will not be accepted until shortly; registration will open soon

It is anticipated that the Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) 2024 registration period will open from the National Testing Agency (NTA). According to the pattern from the previous year, the online application procedure for the 2024 cycle has been significantly delayed.

The online registration round for the previous year had started on February 13, 2024.
It is anticipated that the NTA, which has not yet said anything about the CMAT test, would start the procedure shortly.

According to a number of media sources, the CMAT 2024 information booklet and important dates will soon be available on the event’s official website. The NTA will also include other important facts like the application cost, test dates, reservation requirements, and revised eligibility information in the CMAT 2024 notice.
CMAT registration used to typically open in November or December of the prior year. However, the registration deadline was shifted to February beginning in 2022. For instance, registration opened on February 13th in 2023 but it opened on February 16th in 2022. In contrast, CMAT 2020 and 2021 registration opened in November 2019 and December 2020, respectively. The date of the registration has changed, which suggests that the CMAT test schedule has altered recently.
There won’t be any changes to the CMAT qualifying requirements this year. Students holding a bachelor’s degree in any subject and those awaiting results are entitled to apply, according the previous year’s qualifying requirements. The CMAT registration form may be filled out by anybody at any age.
Pattern of the CMAT test
The Common Management Admission Test, or CMAT, is a three-hour (180-minute) computer-based test that is administered at the national level. Quantitative Methods & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension & Verbal Ability, General Awareness, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship are all included in the test curriculum. There are 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in the CMAT test format, with 20 questions in each part. According to the marking methodology, every right try earns four points, while every wrong attempt costs one mark.
