half a cup of onions, chopped finely
1/4 cup of coriander leaves, chopped finely
Two to three coarsely chopped green chiles (modify to taste)
One tsp of pasted ginger garlic
Half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric
One teaspoon of red chili powder, or more or less to taste
One-half tsp garam masala powder
Taste-tested salt Deep-frying oil

Directions: 1. Get the poha ready.
First, give the poha (flattened rice) a quick rinse under running water.
After properly draining the water, let the poha to soften for approximately ten minutes.
Use a fork to gently fluff the poha after ten minutes in order to separate the grains. Put aside.

2. Combine the Ingredients: Softened poha, mashed potatoes, chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt should all be combined in a big mixing bowl.
Blend each component until well mixed. Sufficient moisture is needed for the mixture to stay cohesive.

3. Form the Nuggets: Using a little amount of the mixture, form it into tiny nuggets that are oval or cylindrical in shape. Proceed with the entire mixture in the same manner.

4. Fry the Nuggets: In a deep fryer or kadhai, heat the oil over medium heat.
When the oil is heated, gently add a small number of the formed poha nuggets to the pan at a time, being cautious not to pack it too full.
Fry the nuggets until they are crispy and golden brown on both sides, rotating them from time to time to ensure equal grilling.
Using a slotted spoon, take the nuggets from the oil and set them on a dish covered with paper towels to drain any remaining oil.

5. Present and Savor: Your crispy poha nuggets are now prepared for serving!
Enjoy the crispy deliciousness with your loved ones when serving hot, along with your preferred chutney or dip.
