A teenage Punjabi from Garhshankar passes away in New Zealand

After a short illness, a native of Rampur Bildon village in Garhshankar, who is presently living in New Zealand, passed away. Mandeep Singh has been recognized as the dead.

The deceased’s father, Rajinder Singh, said that his son studied in New Zealand in 2013. After he began working there, he became a citizen.

He added that Mandeep had stumbled at home a few days before and had sustained a head injury. He was taken to a hospital in Wellington, New Zealand, when his health began to worsen.

Family relatives added that the physicians there said that the injury had caused a blood clot to grow in his head. On April 4, he passed away.

The abrupt death of Mandeep startled the family, according to village sarpanch Harmesh Singh. In order to return his mortal remains to the hamlet, he asked the authorities for assistance.
