A three-year-old daughter perishes when a home fire breaks out

A three-year-old child lost her life on Sunday in a terrible fire event that happened at a residence in Green Avenue near Dad village on Pakhowal Road, here. Although the precise origin of the fire is still unknown, it is thought to have started as a result of an LPG cylinder catching fire.

Neetu has been identified as the deceased. The cops said she suffocated to death. The event happened on the first floor of the house when her parents were away from home.

The girl’s parents, who work as laborers, were reportedly at work when the tragedy occurred. The door seemed to be locked from the outside, but the toddler was inside the home.

Following notification, a group of firefighters and police officers arrived at the location. According to a representative of the Gill Road, Ludhiana, fire station, two fire engines were sent to the scene as soon as they learned about the incident at 11:51 a.m. Before the firemen arrived, the victim had already been brought to a hospital, but he stated she did not make it.

The youngster allegedly suffocated to death, but the fire official said that they had learned that she had a burn injury on her leg. It took the firemen almost two and a half hours to put out the fire. But as of yet, the precise cause of the fire has not been determined. He did, however, remark that there was some debris that had melted on top of the gas cylinder.

Residents in the neighborhood are still in shock as a result of the occurrence. A neighborhood homeowner said that when he first saw the fire department traveling past his street, he was ignorant of the tragic events that had occurred. Later on, he hurried over there as well.

According to him, the victim’s neighbor saw flames rising from the home and reported the alarm. After then, the door was unlocked and the girl was removed. She did not, regrettably, survive. After getting information, ASI Balbir Singh arrived at the scene and said that the girl died from suffocation while alone in her house at the time of the incident. Her parents used to get up in the morning and leave the home for work.

Cause exact unknown at this time

According to a fire official, the child apparently died from asphyxia, although it was discovered that she had a burn injury on her leg. It took the firefighters almost two and a half hours to put out the fire. But as of yet, the precise cause of the fire has not been determined.
