According to BJP MPs’ report, Bihar’s current state of anarchy and jungle rule is exposed in the Patna Lathi Charge Incident

According to party leader J P Nadda, an investigation by four BJP MPs into the July 13 police lathi charge event in Patna has shown the “anarchy” and “jungle raj” that now exist in the state as well as the violence used by the Nitish Kumar administration against the opposition.

After getting a report from the MPs, he said that the Bihar government “sponsored” the use of lathi against BJP supporters. After visiting the state, they gave him their findings.

Nadda reaffirmed that the BJP will keep fighting the Nitish Kumar administration’s populist policies.

After the Bihar Police allegedly used excessive force on party officials during a protest march against the state government in Patna, he formed the four-member BJP MP committee.

Party organizers said that Vijay Singh, the BJP’s Jehanabad district general secretary, died while participating in the protest march as a result of injuries sustained in a “brutal” police lathi charge.

The “high-level probe committee” was chaired by former Jharkhand state minister Raghubar Das and included BJP MPs Vishnu Dayal Ram, Manoj Tiwari, and Sunita Duggal as members on July 14.

“Received a comprehensive report from the BJP committee formed to look into the lathicharge that the Nitish administration supported against BJP activists in Patna. It highlights the current chaos and Jungle Raj in Bihar as well as the harshness and insensitivity of the state administration against the opposition parties, according to a tweet from Nadda.

He said, “BJP’s fight against the people-hating policies of the Nitish administration will continue.

BJP leader Manoj Tiwari stated in a statement to PTI, “We submitted the report to party president J P Nadda.”

The report’s main finding is that the brutal event on July 13 and the murder of a BJP worker were pre-planned, according to Tiwari. He said, “We will not let go of those who are culprits in the case.”
