After the AAP admitted to assault, Swati Maliwal’s ex-husband claims that her life is in danger and that Sanjay Singh is “acting.”

Hours after her party acknowledged that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal secretary, Bibhav Kumar, had assaulted the former head of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has claimed that her life is in danger. In a video message posted on Facebook, Jaihind said that “anything could happen” to her.

First, Maliwal’s ex-husband made it clear that they were no longer in frequent contact after their four-year divorce. He continued by saying that Maliwal was in danger and that everything that occurred to her was part of a larger plot. “There’s a conspiracy against her and anything can happen to her,” Jaihind said. “Ye sab puri jankari aur sajish ke sath ho raha hai, uske sath kuch bhi ho sakta hai.”

“Sanjay Singh, why are you behaving as the MP? You are aware of the whole event, correct? You were already aware of what was about to occur. The assault was orchestrated. There is a risk to Swati’s life. You are aware of it, correct? “Now you’re attempting to scare her into silence,” the caption of the Facebook post said.

“Kejriwal’s close aide attacked Maliwal at someone’s behest,” he stated, going on to say that he had no compassion for Maliwal and that AAP MP Sanjay Singh was plotting against her.

“Sanjay Singh ko acting bandh karni chahiye,” he said.

Maliwal was also encouraged by him to speak out against the horrors she was seeing without fear of repercussions.

Senior AAP leader Sanjay Singh acknowledged on Tuesday that Bibhav Kumar had abused and misbehaved with the former DCW chief at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s civil lines residence in the nation’s capital, following Maliwal’s allegation on Monday that he had been assaulted by Kejriwal’s close aide. Singh also promised that strict measures would be taken against Kumar.

“There was an incident yesterday. Bibhav Kumar committed a misbehavior incident with Swati Maliwal at Arvind Kejriwal’s apartment. The Delhi Police have been notified about this event by Swati Maliwal. This is an unacceptable occurrence. AAP leader Sanjay Singh issued an official statement saying, “Arvind Kejriwal has taken cognizance of the incident and has directed for strict action in the incident.”

ASSAULT BY KEJRIWAL’S AIDE: SWATI MALIWAL ALLEGES
On Monday, Swati Maliwal said that when she was in the chief minister’s house, Bibhav Kumar, a member of Kejriwal’s personal staff, had physically and verbally abused her. She then proceeded to the Civil Lines Police Station after making two PCR calls to Delhi Police.

At 9:34 AM, we got a PCR call from a woman reporting that she had been beaten inside the CM house. As a result, SHO and the local police answered the call. MP Swati Maliwal eventually made her way to the civil lines of the police station. Her complaint was not made. DCP (North) Manoj Meena said, “As of right now, no complaints have been received in this regard.

BIBHAV KUMAR: WHO IS SHE?
In April, Bibhav Kumar gained notoriety after he was fired from his role as Kejriwal’s personal secretary by the Delhi Vigilance Department, which cited his “illegal appointment.”

A 2007 lawsuit accusing him of “assault and use of criminal force to obstruct a public servant from doing his duty” led to his dismissal. Meanwhile, the ED also called him in February over the Delhi excise policy issue.
