After the Center notifies the CAA guidelines, Arvind Kejriwal issues a warning, saying, “CAA dangerous, will increase theft and rapes.”

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, and his allies in the INDIA group fought the Center on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) on Wednesday. Kejriwal described the government’s move as “extremely dangerous” and said that it would cause law and order to disintegrate, which would then increase rape, theft, and robbery.

The CAA states that citizenship would be granted to minorities from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Where will we put them if we open our doors? This is a poor nation. The CAA legislation will cause greater migration than what occurred after independence. Theft, robbery, and rape will all rise, and law and order will crumble, according to Kejriwal.

He further emphasized that, in the last 75 years, 63 flyovers had been built in Delhi, whereas the Aam Aadmi Party administration completed the building of 31 flyovers in a mere 10 years.

Rather than a shortage of funds, the issue was a lack of will to complete the task. In the last nine years, there have been 7,500 fewer roads constructed. There has never been as much water pipeline installed as there has been in the previous nine years. In Delhi, there were 4,500 buses before our administration took office; now, there are 8,000. Everybody is the beneficiary of our labor. We made hospital conditions better today. Every community has a “Mohalla” Clinic. Going to private hospitals is no longer necessary, according to the chief minister.

The chief minister of Delhi questioned the BJP’s objectives as well as how the federal government planned to house and employ the 1.5 crore people who would be migrating.

The BJP responds to Kejirwal’s comments by saying, “Stop spreading lies.”
Bharatiya Janata Party MP Ravi Shankar Prasad chastised Kejriwal for his remarks, telling him to “stop spreading lies.”

“No Indians are in any way deprived of their citizenship by it. Only individuals who are persecuted because of their religion are granted citizenship by the CAA. I want to urge people to stop attempting to sow discord among communities in the name of CAA. Give up lying. He remarked, “I implore the South Indian parties, especially those from Tamil Nadu and Kerala, to cease inciting enmity.

He went on to say that people in the above nations were persecuted because of their Hindu, Jain, or Sikh religious beliefs, and that India as a country had a moral, constitutional, and cultural obligation to provide them with citizenship protection via legal means.

How far will you go, Kejriwal ji, in preparation for the vote bank? Home Minister Amit Shah has said time and time again that no Indian person would have their citizenship revoked.

He went on to say that only those who are persecuted for their beliefs are eligible for citizenship under the CAA. The people who propagate lies are the ones who support the Rohingya.

A few days before the Lok Sabha election schedule was announced, on March 11, the Union Home Ministry informed the public about the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) regulations. The goal of the 2019 Parliament approval of the CAA regulations, which were implemented by the Narendra Modi government, is to provide Indian citizenship to non-Muslim migrants who have been persecuted and who came to India before December 31, 2014, including Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Parsis, and Christians.
