BJP leader critically injured after being shot in Jharkhand’s Latehar district

On Saturday evening in the Latehar district of Jharkhand, a horrific incident occurred when a BJP politician was targeted with gunfire. According to the police, Rajendra Prasad Sahu, who once served as vice-president of the Zonal Advisory Council (zilla parishad), is in a severe condition.

The incident took at about six o’clock in the evening next to the Doon School in the Balumath police station, according to the police.

 

According to the police, two guys who have not been recognized rode up on a motorbike and opened fire on Sahu.

 

 

According to Superintendent of Police Anjani Anjan, Sahu was shot in the leg, the waist, and the stomach.

“After the event, the villagers took him to the community health center,” the author writes. “Due to the seriousness of his condition, he was transferred to the RIMS in Ranchi,” he said.

The statement from the SP was that the issue is being examined from every conceivable perspective.

“Raids are being conducted in an effort to nab the persons involved in it,” he added.
