BJP MP’s “denigrating” of KCR in the Lok Sabha has BRS Leader Rama Rao questioning the Speaker of the House

State Minister and BRS Working President K T Rama Rao asked Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla what action he would take against MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar after he made remarks against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in Parliament.

Rama Rao questioned the Speaker’s stance on the BJP leader by citing the example of “an MP” being disqualified after a court’s verdict regarding his statements on persons possessing the surname “Modi” in a post on X (previously Twitter), in which Rama Rao was ostensibly referring to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

On Thursday, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, a Lok Sabha member from Karimnagar, attacked the Congress and the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, which is now in power in Telangana. He called the BRS “Bhrashtachar Rakshasa Samithi,” which loosely translates to “corrupt and demonic association.”

“So, a Congressman who used the PM’s last name disparagingly was expelled from the party. Now, a Telangana BJP MP goes to great measures to disparage Telangana’s twice-elected popular CM KCR in yesterday’s Loksabha, using the filthiest language. @ombirlakota, Rama Rao asked Speaker Birla on social media, “What should you/we do now Speaker Sir?

Sanjay Kumar further said that KCR’s family—as CM Rao is known—is pillaging Telangana during a discussion on the opposition’s no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha.

He made fun of the BRS, saying: “‘Raat me peeta’ (nighttime drinking), ‘din bhar sota’ (daytime sleeping), and ‘kisi se nahin milta’ (meets nobody). A BRS leader, that. What is happening to the state of Telangana? The family is plundering the government.

Additionally, he said that KCR stood for “Kasim Chandrasekhar Razvi,” making reference to Kasim Razvi, the former military chief of the Nizam. According to the election papers, the assets of KCR’s wife and son increased by a staggering 1,800% and 400%, respectively, according to the BJP leader.
