Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that Modi is in the Center and the BJP is in Odisha

On Thursday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that the BJP’s formation of the next Odisha government and the return of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to office for a third term were now certain.

“Modiji will undoubtedly win a third term as prime minister. “He will serve as prime minister for a fourth term as well,” Singh said, raising the BJP’s flag in the state’s polls.

The seasoned leader said that the state is prepared for a double-engine administration and that nothing can stop the party from accomplishing its mission of guiding Odisha toward swift economic progress during his first speech to BJP activists in Nabarangpur. Odisha seems fully ready to board a new aircraft. The people of the state are prepared for a government with two engines, according to Singh. Speaking at two additional Vijay Sankalp Yatra gatherings in Berhampur and Baripada, Singh mostly attacked the Congress and the former UPA administration at the federal level without saying anything negative about the BJD government in the state, which the BJP is attempting to overthrow.

“I share an emotional bond with Odisha,” Singh said, recalling his relationship with the region. When terrorism and naxalism gripped the nation, we initiated the Bharat Suraksha Yatra from Odisha under the Congress-led UPA administration.

But after the surgical strike in response to the Pulwama event, the world’s perception of India shifted. Not only did the nation respond appropriately to those who support terrorism, but it also significantly reduced the number of terrorist and Naxal assaults. He said that naxalism was now confined to a small number of areas.

According to Singh, only the BJP keeps its election pledges. “We had said that Jammu and Kashmir would be free of Article 370. We succeeded. We outlawed triple talaq, which is a wicked custom. We have fulfilled our pledge to construct a magnificent temple in Ayodhya,” he said.

Singh did not miss the opportunity to compare the considerable financing provided to Odisha over the past ten years by the Modi administration with that of earlier Central governments. The senior BJP leader spoke to the Baripada gathering on the Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Modi governments’ specific focus on tribal people.

“The development of tribal groups, who were long ignored by the Congress administration, has always been given priority by the BJP government. He said that the Congress had a limited perspective on the tribal groups, as shown by their opposition to Droupadi Murmu being President of India.
