Electoral bond schemes are referred to the opposition parties as the largest fraud in India’s history

The Congress said that the information provided by the Election Commission of India (ECI) about the electoral bonds program yesterday was “incomplete,” and opposition parties on Friday referred to the plan as the “biggest scam of independent India.”

“Na khaunga, na khane doonga,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said, according to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. The Supreme Court revealed today how the BJP profited from electoral ties.

At a news conference in Bengaluru, he bemoaned the lack of equal opportunities for the Congress party after the BJP-led government ordered the party’s finances to be blocked.

“They (BJP) gave the I-T staff this instruction. We have frozen over 300 crores of rupees. In this case, how can we have elections? Their accounts are open, while ours are closed. Where’s the fair field of play? I want an investigation into this at the highest level. “Their accounts should also be frozen until the truth is revealed,” he said.

Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh claimed his party has been requesting an appointment with the ECI since last year, but they have not yet been granted an audience, during a news conference in the Palghar region of Maharashtra. He questioned, “Why and by whom is the ECI afraid to meet the Opposition parties?”

Mr. Ramesh said that the information was lacking, citing the electoral bonds data that was posted on the Election Commission’s website. “The list is divided into four categories: those who bought electoral bonds and received government contracts; those who bought bonds because they were afraid of being investigated by law enforcement; and those who bought bonds as bribes to obtain contracts and through shell corporations,” he said.

The largest con in India after independence is this one. The Supreme Court may be moved, if we so choose. We’re heading to the people’s court,” he said.

Sanjay Raut, a leader of the Shiv Sena (UBT), said that the BJP benefited largely from the electoral ties that the gaming and gambling industries bought. He accused the BJP of being complicit in the “biggest scam in the history of the nation.”

The data on electoral bonds, according to senior RJD leader Manoj Jha, has shown that the BJP, which is in power at the Centre, is “the most corrupt political party in the history” of the nation.

The data, which has been posted on the Supreme Court’s website, according to Jha, the party’s national spokesperson, also contradicts the BJP’s “nationalistic pretensions” and supports the accusation that central investigative agencies are being abused for political ends.

Sitaram Yechury, general secretary of the CPI-M, told reporters in Delhi, “We opposed it while we were in Parliament, stating that it is like giving political corruption legal validity.Have you heard that the purchased electoral bond is the subject of any legal action?

He said that the Supreme Court had ordered the SBI to disclose each bond’s number so that it would be evident which bond belonged to which person.
