Gangster grabbed a handgun and two rounds

An unauthorized handgun and two live rounds were found on the detained Harwinder Singh Rinda gang member.

From the Phase 8 area, Sukhwinder Singh, also known as Sukh Uppal, the suspect, was taken into custody. According to the police, Sukhwinder, an Amritsar resident, was a proclaimed criminal and had previously been charged in a Gurdaspur murder case.
