Ghaziabad: More over half of the contenders’ nominations were denied

About Following the examination by the election officials, around fourteen candidates are running in the 2019 Lok Sabha election from Ghaziabad. The contenders for the parliamentary seat filed 42 nominations; the officials only accepted 20 of them, rejecting the other 22.

35 candidates from Ghaziabad-12 Lok Sabha submitted 42 nomination papers for the Lok Sabha General Election of 2024. wherein Monica Gautam, Dolly Sharma, Nandkishore Pundir, and Atul Garg each submitted several nomination papers. Twenty of the forty-two nominations that were submitted were accepted, while 22 were denied for lack of applicants. Fourteen candidates submitted the twenty applications that were approved, according to a formal message from the District Election Officer’s office.

Atul Garg of the BJP, Dolly Sharma of the INDIA bloc (Congress), Nand Kishor Pundir of the BSP, Anand Kumar of the Rashtra Nirman Party, Anshul Gupta of the Rashtriya Jan Karmath Party, Dhirendra Singh Bhadauria of the Subhashwadi Bhartiya Samajwadi Party, Jagdish Yadav of the Samaj Vikas Kranti Party, and Pooja of the Right to Recall Party are among those whose nominations were approved.

In addition to them, six Independent nominees are competing: Avdesh Kumar, Kavita, Abhishek Pundir, Kavita, Natthu Singh Chaudhary, and Ravi Kumar Panchal.
