“Hyderabad Traffic Advisory Issued Prior to Prime Minister Modi’s Visit to Telangana Today: Please Review for Details.”

In Hyderabad, stringent traffic measures were enacted alongside the issuance of an advisory for daily commuters, heralding the forthcoming visit of Prime Minister Modi to the city. Scheduled for Tuesday at 11 AM, PM Modi will preside over the inauguration, dedication, and laying of the foundation stone for numerous developmental ventures valued at Rs 6,800 crores in Sangareddy, Telangana.

In anticipation of PM Modi’s arrival, Hyderabad will observe traffic constraints on March 5 along the route from Raj Bhavan to Begumpet Airport, spanning from 9:50 AM to 10:15 AM. Similarly, traffic restrictions have been enforced in Adilabad and Sangareddy.

Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy are slated to partake in the official proceedings at Adilabad. Notably, this marks the first instance in quite a while where the Telangana CM will extend a formal reception to PM Modi and engage in the official agenda. Elaborate security protocols have been instituted in light of the Prime Minister’s visit.

On the preceding day, PM Modi inaugurated, laid the foundation stone for, and dedicated multiple developmental initiatives worth more than Rs 56,000 crore in Adilabad, Telangana.

The initiatives, spanning the power, rail, and road sectors, were unveiled by the Prime Minister today.

During the ceremony, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy bestowed upon PM Modi an ‘angavastra’. State BJP chief and Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy presented the Prime Minister with a memento of Lord Venkateswara.

The presence of Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundarajan graced the occasion.

“In the land of Adilabad today, we witness a confluence of numerous developmental undertakings, not only benefiting Telangana but the entire nation. Today, I am privileged to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for over 30 developmental projects here. These ventures, exceeding the value of Rs 56 thousand crore, will script a new narrative of progress across several states, including Telangana,” remarked the Prime Minister in his address to the assembly.

PM Modi dedicated NTPC’s 800 MW (Unit-2) Telangana Super Thermal Power Project in Peddapalli, Telangana, and the 660 MW (Unit-2) North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project in Chatra, Jharkhand.

Notably, this marks the country’s inaugural supercritical thermal power project, conceived with an air-cooled condenser (ACC) of such monumental scale, significantly reducing water consumption by a third compared to conventional water-cooled condensers. The project’s commencement was inaugurated by the Prime Minister himself.

The Prime Minister underscored the developmental endeavors initiated for Telangana by the Central Government.

“Today, the discourse revolves around India’s stride towards development. Over the past decade, the modus operandi of progress in India has undergone a transformation. Our government has accorded special attention to Telangana. For us, development is synonymous with the advancement of the marginalized,” he articulated.
