Home Minister Dr. G Parameshwara said in Bengaluru that the accused in the café explosion case would be apprehended shortly after the investigating police obtained significant evidence. He said there were parallels between the events of the Mangaluru cooker explosion and the café disaster.

The terrorist group that may have been responsible for the café explosion may be known to the NIA. responding to the statement made by Medical Education Minister Sharan Prakash Patil, describing the café explosion as a “silly incident.”

According to Siddaramaiah, it is most certainly not absurd, and his government’s first concern is ensuring public safety. The chief minister criticized opposition leader R Ashoka for saying that Bengaluru’s reputation had shifted from “Brand Bengaluru” to “Bomb Bengaluru,” claiming that four explosions, including one that happened close to the BJP office in Malleswaram, Bengaluru, occurred in 2008 when the saffron party was in power.

“Is it not a failure on the side of the NDA government’s agencies in the Center, such RAW and NIA? Such incidents are severely condemned by me. The café explosion case shouldn’t be politicized by the BJP. Before making such remarks, Ashoka has to give them some thought,” he remarked.

“Ministers have been known to make spontaneous comments. We do not consider the remarks made by Sharana Prakash Patil or other individuals to be official. “I base my statements on specific, official information,” he said.

He said, “There is no question of any clarification,” when questioned about reports that the administration received the FSL report three days ago and returned it in an attempt to get some clarifications. After we get the report, we will take action. We will not request a second or third report. Nothing is to be concealed. Let the BJP level accusations, and we will respond.
