“Jungle raj” is allegedly returned in Haryana. Hooda Deepender

According to Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Hooda, the state’s record-high unemployment rate is the primary cause of the rise in crime and drug use in Haryana, bringing back the pre-2004 jungle rule. He said that the state has seen an increase in large gangs, the mafia, and juvenile shooters.

In Bahadurgarh today, he said, “Haryana has turned into a haven for criminals, and the general public is forced to live in an atmosphere of fear.”

He made the observation that, prior to 2004, when the Chautala administration was in power, criminals would seek ransom from prisoners; now, in the current political climate, under the BJP, criminals are now requesting ransom from both foreign nations and jails. The jungle regime of the Chautala administration prior to 2004 has returned to Haryana as a result of the BJP government’s failure, he said.
