K Kavitha Slams Rahul Gandhi for Calling Telangana “Most Corrupt State” in “Paper Tiger Not Babbar Sher”

Rahul Gandhi came under scathing criticism from Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC and Chief Minister KCR’s daughter K Kavitha on Saturday. She claimed that the Congressman is not a “Babbar Sher” (mighty lion), but rather a “paper tiger” who has no understanding of local politics and who merely reads from papers written by others.

Kavitha reacted angrily to Rahul Gandhi’s claim that Telangana, which is governed by the BRS, is the “most corrupt state,” claiming that Gandhi is ignorant of the regional circumstances or the customs and culture of the Telangana people.

Rahul Gandhi is a paper tiger, not a Babbar Sher. Because it is the only thing he will read and take with him when someone writes anything and offers it to him. He lacks an understanding of the local environment, local politics, and local customs and cultures, according to Kavitha, who spoke to news agency ANI.

After Gandhi criticized the Telangana administration of corruption at a campaign rally earlier this week, the BRS leader urged the Wayanad MP to consider his public remarks.

The Telangana assembly elections are coming up, and Congress leaders are waging a verbal battle with KCR-led BRS leaders in an effort to retake control of the state.

You are a paper tiger, Rahul Gandhi. Please visit Telangana, but think twice before saying anything in public, the BRS leader said.

Telangana, according to K Kavitha, is the state with the greatest level of political consciousness. We sacrificed our life for our state because we fought for it.

“The next time you visit, instead of merely eating dosa at a “Dosa Bandi” (stall), visit the mother of a Telangana martyr; you’ll feel her grief and comprehend the state’s problems. If not, you won’t comprehend,” she questioned Rahul Gandhi.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) stated on October 9 that Telangana will hold Assembly elections on November 30.

Voter tallies will be tallied on December 3.

In the 2018 assembly election, Telangana is expected to see a triangular fight between the BJP, the governing Bharat Rashtra Samithi, and the Congress.

BRS won 88 seats out of 119 in the last Assembly election, which was held in 2018, and had a commanding vote share of 47.4%. Congress emerged in second place by a wide margin, earning 19 seats and a vote share of 28.7%.
