L K Advani turns 96 today; BJP leaders Amit Shah, PM Narendra Modi, and others welcome him

On his birthday on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a number of other top officials hailed BJP icon L K Advani, stating that his visionary leadership has advanced national prosperity and unity and that he is a light of honesty and commitment.

On Wednesday, Advani, a former BJP president and deputy prime minister, turned ninety-six.

PM Modi posted on X, “Birthday greetings to Shri LK Advani Ji.” “He has made enormous contributions that have strengthened our country; he is a beacon of integrity and dedication.” His inspirational guidance has advanced the growth and cohesion of the country. “I hope he lives a long and healthy life,” Modi said.

The prime minister said, “His nation-building efforts continue to inspire 140 crore Indians.”
Home Minister Amit Shah expressed his prayers for Advani’s long life and good health, saying that his unwavering dedication and organizational prowess fostered the BJP.

Shah wrote on X, “Advani ji’s incomparable contribution is an eternal source of inspiration for every worker, from the inception of the BJP to the party coming to power.”

On Advani’s birthday, former vice president M Venkaiah Naidu paid him a visit at his home.

Naidu said on X, “I fervently pray for his good health and well-being.”

Advani was also hailed by union minister and former president of the BJP, Nitin Gadkari.

“Happy birthday to revered Shri Lal Krishna Advani ji, our inspiration and senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Gadkari said, “I pray to God that you stay healthy and live a long life.”

Along with wishing Advani a long and healthy life, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also expressed his gratitude to Advani for being a fundamental pillar of Indian politics and for giving the BJP enormous power.
