PM Modi is effectively promoting Tamil culture: Amit Chauhan
Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Saturday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been effectively promoting Tamil pride, language, and culture both domestically and internationally.
Shah began his remarks by shouting “Jai Shree Ram” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” during a roadshow conducted at Thuckalay to raise support for BJP candidates Pon Radhakrishnan for the Lok Sabha and VS Nandhini for the Vilavancode assembly by-election.
Shah apologized for not being able to communicate in Tamil and promised to try to do so in four years.
Shah asked people to drive out the ‘corrupt’ AIADMK and DMK in order to clear the path for the BJP to win, claiming that they have been impeding Tamil Nadu’s growth. When the DMK spoke out against the Sanatana Dharma and the building of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, it wounded the feelings of millions of Tamil people. We bring everyone together for the sake of growth, unlike them. Shah said that Modi is securely guiding the nation while emphasizing development.
The home minister said that India would advance to become a developed nation if voters secure the victories of Radhakrishnan and Modi. He also mentioned that he was receiving reports from people all throughout Tamil Nadu that the BJP will win more than 400 seats nationwide.
