Politics of murder by Jagan: N Chandrababu Naidu

The leaders of the TDP, N Chandrababu Naidu, have said that the people of the State are prepared to depose the YSRC administration by pressing two buttons.

Speaking at a public gathering on Thursday as part of the Praja Galam program in Kovvur, East Godavari district, Naidu said, “It is certain that the people will dethrone Jagan.” As an egotistical leader, Jagan has ruined the nation, the people’s future, and their offspring.

Noting that “murder politics” was ingrained in the YSRC, Naidu claimed that Jagan, in his role as president of the organization, had approached voters in 2014, requesting votes on the grounds that his father, YS Rajasekhara Reddy, had been “murdered,” and in 2019, he had done so, saying that his paternal uncle, YS Vivekananda Reddy, had been put to death. Naidu said, “Now that Jagan is the State’s chief minister, he has gone back to similar murder politics by not paying pension to beneficiaries.”

Naidu wants volunteers to serve the public interest rather than work for a political party, stating unequivocally that he is not against the volunteer system. “The government has caused hardship to pensioners by calling them to the secretariats in the hot summer, even though there is scope for distribution of pensions to beneficiaries at their doorstep through the staff of village/ward secretariats,” he added.

Claiming that the YSRC leaders were brandishing an axe at people who were criticizing them, he proposed that the party emblem, Fan, be replaced with the word “Axe.”

Within a hundred days of taking office, the TDP chairman pledged to rebuild the State without marijuana, narcotics, or J-brand liquor, saying he would execute all social projects by producing assets instead of debts.

“The only purpose of the BJP and JSP’s alliance with the TDP is to support the people’s triumph. People are preparing to smash the “Fan” into pieces since it has stopped rotating and is at a standstill, he said.

After taking office, Naidu pledged to repeal the Land Titling Act, offering his backing to those opposed to it. “I will assume responsibility for putting the State back on track if you work hard over the next 39 days,” he said.
