Rajnath enters Tejashwi’s fish video and questions why it is being shown

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh took aim at RJD politician and former deputy chief minister of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, after the latter posted a video of himself eating fish on the eve of Navratra.

In his speech during an electoral rally in the Jamui Lok Sabha seat of Bihar, Rajnath mentioned a former minister. My heart hurts from the inside out. It’s the Navratra celebration, and he’s eating and displaying large fried fish. Which message do you want to convey?

“You eat whatever you want, fish, pig, elephant, or horse,” he said. To demonstrate it to the world, what do you have? Who gave someone the authority to damage people’s feelings? Nobody else appears. You are very conceited.

Singh said that the RJD leader was using these tactics to win over support from a certain group. Slandering the family of RJD chairman Lalu Prasad, he said that those who had consumed cow feed were speaking absurdities.

The defense minister was responding to a video that Tejashwi had posted of him and VIP chairman Mukesh Sahani chowing down on fried fish while campaigning. Later, Tejashwi said that by posting a video taken a day before Navratra began, he was testing the intelligence of BJP officials.

While the video was created on April 8 and broadcast the next day, the navratra began on April 9. BJP leaders raised a stink over the video, sparking a political uproar.

Singh urged people to support Arun Bharti, an NDA candidate running for the Jamui Lok Sabha seat (LJP-Ram Vilas). Chirag Paswan, the leader of the LJP (Ram Vilas), is brother-in-law of Bharti.

“Those in jail and currently out of jail on bail are talking about sending PM Modi to prison,” he remarked, referring to Patliputra Misa Bharti resident and RJD candidate.

Singh said that since PM Modi took office, India has grown into a major force that is able to stop international terrorism, as seen by the surgical strikes.

“Bank-of-votes politics”

Rajnath Singh, the defence minister, accused RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday of doing things (such sharing a video of himself eating fish online during Navratra) in order to win over support from a certain group. Slandering the family of RJD chairman Lalu Prasad, he said that those who had consumed cow feed were speaking absurdities.
