Ranjit Singh, a minister for Haryana, says he would follow the BJP’s decision on the seat

After taking an oath in the Nayab Saini Cabinet, Ranjit Singh, the recently appointed minister, came here today.

In the Khattar administration, Ranjit Singh, who held the portfolios of Energy and Jails, said that his performance was a contributing reason for his re-induction.

He is an independent MLA from the Rania Assembly constituency and has said that he is devoted to the BJP. “I was assigned the third spot among the ministers in the Cabinet. He addressed party employees, saying, “I will continue to work under Saini’s leadership in the new government.”

On the BJP ticket, he said that he was prepared to run in any election. He stated, “I made it clear to the party leadership that, although I would be happy to run for office again on the BJP ticket from Rania in the Sirsa district, I would respect the party’s choice if I am selected as a candidate for the Lok Sabha election in Hisar or Kurukshetra.

Notably, the districts of Hisar, Fatehabad, Sirsa, and Jind were included in the administrative division of Hisar, which had five ministers in the Khattar Cabinet. Along with Kamal Gupta, the Hisar MLA for the BJP, three of them were from the JJP: Labour Minister Anoop Dhanak, Development and Panchayat Minister Devender Babli, and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala.
