Schools Are Warned by CBSE Against Fake Letters Assigned to It By Wizcorp Edtech In Order To Secure Tenders

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sent a warning to warn school administrators about a bogus letter that a business is using to win contracts. The board warns that a business called Wizcorp Edtech Pvt Ltd is using a “fake” letter that purports to be from the board to get government contracts and bids from schools, especially those that are situated in Maharashtra.

As a result, the board made the following declaration: “CBSE would like to explicitly assert that it has absolutely no link to the letter being distributed by Wizcorp Edtech Pvt Ltd. All educational institutions and schools, especially those in the state of Maharashtra, are advised to use caution when dealing with Wizcorp Edtech Pvt Ltd, according to the board in the public notification. The letter in question has never been issued by CBSE and any representative implying otherwise is fraudulent and misleading.

Additionally, CBSE said that it would not be held liable for any monetary or other damages brought on by taking into account or accepting this fake or counterfeit letter. The board has also said in the public notice that Wizcorp Edtech Pvt Ltd would be aggressively pursued in court for misleading and propagating a made-up bogus letter.

Additionally, CBSE advised schools not to start the academic year before April 1.The board has underlined that scheduling extracurricular activities during the academic session provides students with inadequate time to engage in life skills development, value education, health and physical education, job education, and community service.

Anurag Tripathi, the secretary of the CBSE, was informed that “it has been observed that some affiliated schools have begun their academic session quite early in the year.” Tripathi also advised school officials not to use the practice since it would overwhelm pupils and cause them to struggle to keep up with their studies, which might cause worry and burnout.
