‘Shakti’ Remark From Rahul Gandhi Draws Charges Of ‘Hinduphobic’ And ‘Misogynist’; Here’s What He Said

Rahul Gandhi, the Congress leader, wrapped up his “Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra” with great fervor and a powerful demonstration of opposition unity in front of several leaders of the INDIA bloc. However, the massive Mumbai rally was followed by another controversy that led to Gandhi being called names like “Hinduphobic” and “Misogynist.”

Speaking at the Yatra’s last gathering, Rahul Gandhi attacked the NDA government, drawing comparisons to the potent Hindu figure of “Shakti,” who is often connected to Maa Durga, and announcing the opposition’s campaign against it.

“‘Shakti’ is a word used in Hinduism. That is the Shakti that we are battling. What exactly is that, Shakti, one wonders? The EVM contains the king’s soul. Gandhi said in Mumbai, “The soul of the King is in the EVM and every institution of the country, in the ED, CBI, and Income Tax Department.”

Gandhi also criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi, claiming that his primary motivation is power. “Modi is a shakti (power) employee who wears a mask.” Gandhi said, “He is a shallow guy without a 56-inch chest.

THE REAL CHARACTER OF INDIA BLOC: BJP SLAMS GANDHI BJP IT Cell head Amit Malviya referred to Rahul Gandhi as “a Hinduphobic and misogynist,” offended by his “Shakti” statement. He also brought up the anti-Sanatan Dharm remarks made by Indian group leader Udhayanidhi Stalin.

It is now Rahul Gandhi’s time to disparage Shakti, after the demand made by DMK’s Udhayanidhi Stalin for the destruction of Sanatan Dharma. Maa Durga, also called Shivangi, Mahadevi, Kali, Gauri, Tripura Sundari, Sati, Parvati, and Uma, is the embodiment of the many facets of Shakti, or power. She is regarded as the Lord’s primordial force, or adi shakti, and is in charge of creation, maintenance, and destruction. She is regarded as the mother figure in Hinduism because she is the destroying force (samhaar shakti) of Lord Shiva, the sustaining power (paalan shakti) of Vishnu, and the creating energy (Shrishti shakti) of Brahma. Shakti also represents the empowerment of women. Malviya posted to Twitter’s predecessor, X.

However, Rahul Gandhi mentions battling Shakti. In addition to being misogynistic, he is also anti-Hindu. The Congress-led I.N.D.I. Alliance is indeed like this, he said.

Gandhi paid respects to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar at his monument, Chaityabhoomi in downtown Mumbai, and recited the Preamble of the Constitution on Sunday, marking the end of his 63-day Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.

Participants at the event included members of the opposition INDIA group, such as MK Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, Akhilesh Yadav, Uddhav Thackeray of Shiv Sena (UBT), and others.
