Spicejet Dubai-Kochi Flight Has a Burst Tire

Tuesday morning, a SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Kochi had a tyre rupture, but the aircraft landed safely, according to the company. The airline claimed that the tyre rupture was discovered after the plane had landed.

It was impossible to instantly determine how many people were on board the aircraft. “On July 4, SG-17, a SpiceJet Boeing 737 aircraft from Dubai to Cochin, was operated. The NO 2 tire was discovered to have ruptured during the post-flight walkaround, the airline stated in a statement.

The landing was smooth, and all system parameters were within normal limits both during and after the flight.
