The registration period for J&K NEET UG 2023 counseling was launched by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) on July 19. It is essential to bear in mind that tomorrow, July 23, is the final day to submit an application for the J&K NEET UG 2023 counseling procedure.Through the JKBOPEE’s official website, jkbopee.gov.in, applicants from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh may register for the counseling.
J&K NEET UG COUNSELLING: APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Go to jkbopee.gov.in and log in to the JKBOPEE website.
Step 2: From the webpage, choose the J&K NEET UG 2023 Counselling option.
Step 3: Register yourself and add information.
Step 4: After registering, complete the application form with all the essential information.
Step 5: After paying the counseling application cost, choose “Submit” to finish.
Step 6: Verify all the information and save the confirmation document for the counseling session for later.
The NEET counseling cost for Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) has been set at Rs. 1500. Candidates have the choice of paying with a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
CUT-OFF MARKS FOR DIFFERENT CATEGORIES: J&K NEET UG COUNSELLING
– 137 points for Open Merit
– 121 points for Open Merit for PWD
– 107 marks for SC, ST, RBA, ALC, IB, OSC, and PSP (for J&K/Ladakh).
108 marks for ST (Physically Handicapped/PWD)
Candidates must submit a number of papers during the application procedure for counseling, including the 10+2 Marks Card, the Domicile Certificate of the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu and Kashmir, and the NEET-UG 2023 scorecard. Candidates from the Ladakh UT would be required to provide their ST Category certificate. The Category Certificate and the Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation) must also be uploaded by candidates. Additionally, Ladakh UT applicants must additionally submit a Compulsory Service Bond. The board recommended the applicants against using their mobile devices to submit papers.
By 3:00 PM on July 23, PwD applicants must physically deliver their current certificate to the BOPEE office in Jammu & Kashmir. Candidates whose names will be added to the merit list once the counseling procedure is complete must report to the designated institution.
