When a bike protest is held in the Jalandhar North constituency without authorization, the AAP is given a notice of cause
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) received a show-cause notice today for organizing a bike demonstration in the Jalandhar North constituency in opposition to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s incarceration. According to officials, AAP leaders did not get authorization for the demonstration.
Yesterday, AAP youth leaders organized a bike rally here under the leadership of Jalandhar North Halka in charge, Dinesh Dhall. Among the young leaders present during the event was Harsh Singh, the state joint secretary for young Wing.
Numerous young people marched through the Jalandhar North area, chanting in support of Arvind Kejriwal.
“A show cause notice was issued to the AAP district president for holding a bike rally in Jalandhar North without seeking permission,” said Darabara Singh Randhawa, Assistant Returning Officer, Jalandhar North. The request is for the party to provide a response by tomorrow.
