When Delhi awakens to a chilly morning with a temperature of 5.3 degrees, 20 trains are delayed
New Delhi: Due to weather-related conditions in the nation’s capital, which had a minimum temperature of 5.3 degrees Celsius on Monday—two degrees below the season’s average—twenty trains headed for Delhi were delayed.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reports that around 8.30 am, the relative humidity was 95%.
The IMD has predicted a day of thin fog, with a high anticipated to reach 17 degrees Celsius.
Twenty trains that were headed for Delhi were delayed because of weather-related issues, according to Indian Railways.
