In advance of the Indian Super League (ISL) season, Mumbai City FC announced on Monday that it has reached a transfer deal with Hyderabad FC to acquire Akash Mishra for an undisclosed sum.

According to an MCFC announcement, left-back Mishra will join the team on a five-year deal that lasts through May 2028.

The ISL’s transfer period started on June 9 and runs until August 31.
