Sakshi’s Remark on MS Dhoni Making His Acting Debut: “He May Just Do It”

Mahendra Singh Dhoni announced his retirement from the Indian cricket team in a beautiful way via an Instagram post about a year ago. He hasn’t played cricket professionally, but he has continued to play for his favorite IPL team, Chennai Super Kings, whom he helped achieve a record-equaling championship earlier this year.

Even though his illustrious playing days are drawing to a close, Dhoni has already begun his second act in the public eye by launching a movie production company with his wife Sakshi.

This week will see the premiere of Let’s Get Married, their first film. Ivana, Nadhiya, and Harish Kalyan play the three main characters.

Sakshi recently spoke to the media in Chennai as part of the promotional efforts, and she was asked whether MS may consider performing in motion pictures.

She responded positively, pointing out that Dhoni has been in commercials for many years and is at ease in front of the camera.

And if there’s anything excellent, he may jump.

Sakshi said, “If there’s anything excellent, he may simply do it. He has worked on several commercials. He isn’t camera-averse. He is a skilled actor. Since 2006, he has performed in front of the camera. He could do anything on a slate if it was very excellent. He is always in motion, so if I had to make the decision for him, I would select an action film.
