6-year-old Girl in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, Raped by Two Teens

In a hamlet in the Fefna region of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, two boys are accused of raping a six-year-old girl, according to police on Wednesday.

The incident happened on Monday as the child was playing with the guys, according to Additional Superintendent of Police Durga Prasad Tiwari. The boys then took the kid to a remote location and sexually assaulted her.

He said that the boys are 10 and 12 years old.

An FIR was filed against the two under Section 376 (rape) of the IPC and POCSO Act in response to the girl’s mother’s allegation.

After appearing in juvenile court, the two were taken into custody and placed in a detention facility, according to the police.
