Shobana is a part of Mohanlal’s next film, “L 360.”

As previously reported, Mohanlal and filmmaker Tharun Moorthy are collaborating on a movie that is slated to be called L 360. Actor Shobana has now been added to the movie’s cast. She posted a video announcing the same on social media.

In addition to expressing her “excitement” at being back in a Malayalam movie after a lengthy hiatus, she also mentioned her successful collaboration with Mohanlal, saying, “I think it is our 56th film together.” Her first performance with the latter was in Avidathepole Ivideyum (1985) by K S Sethumadhavan.

Numerous successful films like as Manichithrathazhu (1993), Nadodikkattu (1987), Vellanakalude Nadu (1988), and Thenmavin Kombathu (1994), are among their other past collaborations. Shobana last appeared in Malayalam in Varane Avashyamund (2020), a romantic comedy directed by Anoop Sathyan and starring Kalyani Priyadarshan, Suresh Gopi, and Dulquer Salmaan.

M Renjith produces L 360 under the Rejaputhra Visual Media label. Despite the project’s formal announcement last month, information about the movie’s genre and other cast members is still unknown.

Mohanlal has a ton of initiatives planned in the meantime. Empuraan, the second half of Lucifer directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, has concluded its US schedule. His other future projects include Joshiy’s Rambaan, Jeethu Joseph’s Ram, and the multilingual period epic Vrushabha. Furthermore, he is preparing for the release later this year of Barroz, his directorial debut in which he also plays the title role.
