In India, Ultraviolette launches the F77 Mach 2, promising a 323 km range for under Rs 2.99 lakh

The F77 Mach 2, the company’s newest electric motorbike, was unveiled in India. It is billed as the quickest and most powerful model to date. This bike comes in two range variants: the Mach 2, which has a range of 211 km, and the Mach 2 Recon, which has an extended range of 323 km. Its starting price is Rs 2.99 lakh (excluding dealership costs).

The F77 Mach 2 is an improved version of the F77, which was released in late 2022. It features a totally new chassis, sophisticated SRB battery technology, and a longer range than the F77. Supersonic Silver, Stellar White, Plasma Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stealth Grey, and Cosmic Black are among the nine color variations that are offered. Orders for the bike may be placed starting today at 4 PM, with a 5,000 rupee deposit needed. Delivery is expected to start in May.

Equipped with a 10.3kWh battery pack and an electric motor generating 40 bhp (30kW), the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is the most powerful model to date. This variant can go up to 323 kilometers in intercity circumstances, which is 16 km further than the previous F77 model, according to Ultraviolette. It takes just 2.8 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h, and it takes 7.7 seconds to reach 100 km/h. On the other hand, the regular Mach 2 model has a 211 km range thanks to a 36 horsepower (27 kW) engine and a 7.1 kWh battery pack.

The motorbike has three charging options: UV Supernova DC rapid charger, Boost, and Standard. For our riders, the UV Supernova charger is a practical option since it can completely charge the vehicle in less than 60 minutes.

Updated features of the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 include improved graphics on a 5.0-inch TFT screen. It has a “Find My F77” function, battery restrictions, hill hold, and on-board navigation. Additionally, riders may benefit from an active collision warning system (ACWS), ten levels of switchable regenerative braking, and Delta Watch, which notifies the user of any efforts to tamper with the bike. The motorbike also has three riding modes and rear light flashes.

The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 has three traction control settings, dynamic stability control (DSC), and a dual-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) for added safety. Notably, it is the first electric motorbike with DSC in the world.
