Bihar Mahagathbandhan leaders are concerned about the meeting between Kamal Nath and Baba Bageshwar

The senior Congress politician and former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath meeting Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Baba Bageshwar Dham has angered the Mahagathbandhan leaders in Bihar.

They advised Kamal Nath to stay away from these gatherings.

“Bageshwar Baba is a supporter of the Hindu country. On the request of Kamal Nath, the previous chief minister of MP, he traveled to Chhindwara, where he was revered. It has made Mahagathbandhan members feel more uncomfortable. Therefore, the Congress party should be quite clear about where it stands. It is wrong to stand for someone who wants to turn India into a Hindu country, according to RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari.

“Kamal Nath is not sending a positive message to the general public with this action. It is wrong to become close friends with someone who supports the Hindu country. He need to refrain from doing such a thing, said RJD spokesman Mritunjay Tiwari.

The Congress chose to play it safe and referred to the meeting as a private matter.

It was a private affair for Kamal Nath and his son to do Yagya. The party has nothing to do with a person’s religious beliefs, and we cannot doubt their sincerity, according to Madan Mohan Jha, a former state congressman and MLC.

On August 5, Kamal Nath visited Baba Bageshwar in his native constituency of Chhindwara.

Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar were both asked to accompany Baba Bageshwar when he visited Patna in May, but both declined.
