A few business units are permitted by Infosys to work from home for eleven days per month

Bengaluru: Infosys has adopted a hybrid work style despite the ongoing push and pull towards hybrid work. Through the company’s employee experience platform, InfyMe, workers from certain business units may apply to work 11 days a month from home.

“The work model we use now is hybrid. You may use the WFH days listed below each month, working from the office the other weekdays.

Requests for more WFH would be considered an exception and would need your manager’s permission, according to the statement posted on the InfyMe website. It has been observed by TOI.
Breaking away from competitors that are imposing five-day work weeks, Infosys requested a select group of junior and mid-level staff to return to the office ten days a month starting on November 20 of last year.
In a recent town hall, Infosys’ senior management said that although it won’t compel workers to return to the office, it would introduce a roster system to ensure that those working from offices have enough places to sit, insiders told TOI.
