Another all-electric BMW vehicle was introduced in India

Delhi, New: The luxury automaker BMW debuted the BMW i5 M60 xDrive, an additional all-electric vehicle, in India on Thursday. It retails for Rs 1,19,50,000 ex-showroom.

The new vehicle is offered in the following metallic paint finishes: M Brooklyn Grey, M Carbon Black, Cape York Green, Phytonic Blue, Black Sapphire, Sophisto Grey, Oxide Grey, and Mineral White. It is also available in Alpine White, a nonmetallic paint finish.

It is currently offered as a fully built-up unit (CBU) model at every BMW dealership in the nation.

According to a statement from Vikram Pawah, president of BMW Group India, “it brings together the legacy of eight generations of the sportiest executive sedan—the ‘5’, adrenaline-pumping performance of ‘M’, and the sustainability of ‘i’.”

A standard two-year unlimited mileage warranty is included with the vehicle. Repair Inclusive claims that it may extend the duration of warranty benefits from the third year of operation to a maximum of five years, with no mileage restrictions.

There is an eight-year or 160,000-kilometer, guarantee on the high-voltage battery of the BMW i5 M60 xDrive.

Six airbags, side-impact protection, dynamic stability control (DSC) with cornering brake control (CBC), an electronic parking brake with auto hold, and other features are among the safety features offered by BMW.

The vehicle reaches a maximum speed of 230 km/h in 3.8 seconds, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h.

Included with installation is a free BMW Wallbox charger for the BMW i5 M60 xDrive. According to the manufacturer, it may be fitted into a house to allow safe and practical charging up to 11 kW (kilowatts).

Another option is the 22 kW AC Charging Professional.
