Click on Tenant Registration>New Account after selecting Citizen Service from the list of options at the bottom of the page.

When a form appears, fill it up with the necessary information, such your name, email address, cellphone number, user name, password, and so forth.

When you have finished filling out the form, click submit.

Your cellphone number will then get a One Time Password (OTP), which you should enter before clicking the “verify” button.

A message with the words “User-created successfully.” will show up. You must enter your login and password to get access.

Enter your credentials in the citizen login part, then fill out the section with the required information, such as the owner’s, tenant’s, family’s, and declaration’s information.

Select Download Forms under the Services heading.

Download the tenant verification form.

Complete the form with the necessary information about the owner and renter, and attach the necessary papers.
