Union IT and Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has emphasized that the opening of the locally produced Indus Appstore is a historic occasion for India and would help the nation leapfrog in the global digital economy.

“Digital usage has increased in India in a way never seen before, with significant improvements being made in connection and digital services. The minister said, “The Indus Appstore is evidence of our dedication to promoting innovation and assisting our developers and artists.

The Indus Appstore, which gives regional developers a stage to exhibit their skills and support the digital empowerment of the country, is a significant step towards improving India’s digital ecosystem.

Users may browse the app store in their favorite language thanks to the availability of the Indus Appstore in 12 Indian languages in addition to English.

Indus Appstore offers developers a level playing field on which to list, distribute, and advertise their goods inside the Indian app market.
