Meta Has Introduced New AI-Powered Video Editing Tools for Facebook and Instagram

The massive social media platform Meta, which is owned by Mark Zuckerberg, has released two new AI-based video editing tools that may be used for Facebook and Instagram posts.

Emu Video is the first one; it creates four-second films with a prompt for a description and a caption, picture, or photo. The second is Emu Edit, which offers a more user-friendly method of editing or modifying films using text prompts.

The most recent tools provide an improvement on the parent model Emu, which produces graphics in response to text commands. Emu is the basis for generative AI technology and offers a range of AI image editing capabilities for Instagram, allowing users to take a picture and modify its backdrop or visual style.

Furthermore, according to Meta, Emu Edit will exactly concentrate on just making the modifications that are necessary to fulfill the edit request; for instance, if you ask it to add text to a baseball cap, Emu Edit won’t alter the cap’s appearance in any other way.

Since the release of OpenAI’s ChatGPT late last year, companies and organizations have embraced the developing area of generative AI more and more in an effort to improve capabilities and streamline business operations.

Reuter’s reports state that the social media behemoth is rapidly progressing in the field of artificial intelligence and that this is now one of its primary areas of concentration as it prepares to take on rivals like Microsoft, Alphabet’s Google, and Amazon.

In related news, Instagram has released a number of new features, such as personalized AI stickers, ten new English text-to-speech voices, six new text fonts, and more than twenty new picture effects. Users now have more options to alter their work before sharing it thanks to these enhancements.

The firm claims that Instagram is bringing six new text typefaces and styles that are accessible in hundreds of languages, along with 10 new English text-to-speech voices that are available in certain locations. You may now add outlines for improved clarity and to make your text stand out even more.
