Now, ChatGPT responds with more clarity and less elaboration: OpenAI

OpenAI, directed by Sam Altman, said on Friday that ChatGPT, an AI chatbot, is now less verbose and more straightforward.

The firm announced on X that its new GPT-4 Turbo variant is now accessible to ChatGPT subscribers who have paid for it.

The business claimed that “we’ve improved capabilities in writing, math, logical reasoning, and coding.” Up until December of last year, publicly accessible data was used to train the new AI model.

OpenAI said, “Responses written with ChatGPT will be more conversational in language, less verbose, and more direct.”

The business said that it would keep investing in improving its AI models and is excited to see what the public does with them.

It continued, “GPT-4 Turbo is accessible in ChatGPT Plus, Team, Enterprise, and the API if you haven’t tested it yet.

To train GPT-4, the AI firm is said to have transcribed over a million hours of YouTube footage.

Last week, the New York Times revealed that while OpenAI was aware that this was against the law, it “thought it was fair use.”

According to a representative for OpenAI, the firm stays competitive in the global research arena by using a variety of sources, such as publicly accessible data and partnerships for non-public data.
