Vac-Tech Engineering is acquired by Blue Planet to improve hazardous waste handling

Blue Planet, a developer of sustainable waste management solutions, said on Wednesday that it has acquired Vac-Tech Engineering for an undisclosed amount.

In a statement, Blue Planet claimed that this purchase would improve its transportation and hazardous waste management technologies, supporting its goal of offering technologically advanced waste management and upcycling solutions.

“This collaboration is a crucial component of our company and helps us promote our goals for the circular economy. The founder and chairman of Blue Planet, Madhujeet Chimni, said, “Vac-Tech’s experience managing hazardous waste complements Blue Planet’s goal of reaching zero waste levels sent to landfills.”

Vac-Tech is “revolutionising hazardous waste management, providing efficient and sustainable solutions to environmental challenges” with their centrifuge treatment systems and “Squiz-Tech” dewatering devices.

“We are dedicated to providing the finest hazardous waste management solutions to meet goals and maintain strict environmental and safety regulations. “We are thrilled to collaborate with Blue Planet to advance our common goal of sustainable waste management,” Vac-Tech Engineering CEO Mark Lee said.

Its vacuum truck and pump rental services, in addition to its hazardous waste transportation services, further strengthen its capacity to manage and handle hazardous materials in a responsible and safe manner.
