Vodafone Idea FPO: How to verify allocation and other information

Vodafone Idea FPO: On Monday, April 22, the bidding for Vodafone Idea’s Rs 18,000 crore follow-on public offer (FPO) finished. The FPO application window was available from April 18 to April 22, and it is expected that the allocation status would be made public today, April 23.

The FPO of the telecom business has 6.99 subscribers as of Monday, April 22, 2024, at 5:27 p.m. In terms of subscriptions, the retail section received 1.01 subscriptions, while the QIB category received 19.31 subscriptions. There were 4.54 subscriptions to the NII section.

Investors who have submitted an application for an FPO may check their status by following the instructions below.

Step 2: Choose Equity

Step 3: In the dropbox, choose Vodafone Idea Limited under the problem name.

Step 4: Type the number of the application.

Step 5: Add the PAN card ID.

Step 6 involves selecting ‘I am not a robot’ and pressing the search button.

Ways to use the Registrar Portal to check the status of allotments.
Step 1: Visit the Link Intime Limited website.

Step 2: From the menu, choose the IPO or FPO;

Step 3: Depending on the situation, you may need to choose between the Application number, Demat Account number, or PAN ID.

Step 4: Choose between ASBA and non-ASBA under application type

Step 5: Fill in the specifics of the mode that you chose in Step 2.

Step 6: Accurately complete the captcha for security reasons.

Step 7: Click “Submit.”

Vodafone Idea: What will it do with Rs. 18,000 crore?
The funds will be used by the business for capacity growth, 5G deployment, and 4G coverage. Rs 5,720 crore for new 5G sites, Rs 7,030 crore for new 4G sites and expansions, and Rs 2,175 crore for Spectrum payment to DoT would be used.

Shares of Vodafone Idea were up more than 12.75%, or Rs 1.62, at Rs 14.51 a share at around 12:26 p.m.
