Who Is Vratika Gupta? Meet The Purchaser of The Rs. 116.42 Cr Mumbai Apartment

Fashion designer and Maison Sia creator Vratika Gupta recently paid an astounding Rs 116.42 crore for an opulent flat in Mumbai’s “Three Sixty West” building, according to real estate data analytics firm IndexTap.com.

The 12,138 square foot Lower Parel apartment has eight automobile parking places. Records state that on January 7, 2024, it was formally registered.

Her apartment cost Rs 5.82 crore in stamp duty.

In 2023, the twin-tower complex known as “Three Sixty West” made news when it completed the biggest real estate transaction in India. For an astounding Rs 1,238 crore, family members and friends of D’Mart founder Radhakrishna Damani bought 28 apartments in Mumbai on February 3, 2023.

The Everest Food Products Private Limited proprietor paid Rs 73.50 crore for an apartment in October of last year.

In addition, the project recorded a number of high-profile transactions in 2023. Avener Capital and Bajaj Consultants paid about Rs 100 crore for a duplex in the property in March.

Two buildings housing upmarket 4BHK and 5BHK apartments comprise the Three Sixty West project. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel is housed in one tower, while the luxury apartments in the other are overseen by the international hotel brand. At 360 meters high, the property gets its name from its expansive views of the sea since every unit faces west.

Vratika Gupta: Expedition

After completing her studies at the Pearl Academy of Fashion and the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Vratika Gupta began her career in the fashion business as an apparel designer at Anjuman Fashions Ltd. From 2009 until 2011, she worked as a designer for the ANJU MODI label.

After that, she worked with Two White Birds as the Design Director from 2011 until 2016. She co-founded the brand, which is a collaborative effort that skillfully blends vivid Indian tradition with contemporary Western ideas. Her creations, which were distinguished by vivid hues, antique fabrics, and minute details, made Two White Birds a symbol of comfort and flair.

With her husband, Nakul Aggarwal, Vratika ventured into business in 2017 by founding Vratika & Nakul. The company specializes in handmade items that artfully combine Western sensibility with Indian heritage.

She started the upscale home décor company Maison Sia in 2022. Maison Sia is a place for elegant art objects, inspired by the owner’s love of unusual architecture and her enthusiasm for travel.
