Aaliya Siddiqui, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife, was called before a UP POCSO court in a molestation case

Aaliya Siddiqui, wife of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has received a notice from a special Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) court in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, requesting her to appear in court on October 7 in connection with a molestation allegation she filed against the actor and his family.

Aaliya Siddiqui, the complainant, was summoned to appear before the POCSO court on Tuesday for a response after police submitted a final report in the case against all defendants, including Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

According to government attorney Pradeep Balyan, the police have cleared all five of the molestation charges against them, including Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

The prosecution alleges that Minazuddin, Nawazuddin’s brother, abused a young family member in 2012 while the others encouraged him.

Aliya filed a FIR in Mumbai, which she then transferred to the Budhana police station at this location in 2020.

Police have cleared Nawazuddin, his mother Mehrunisa, his brothers Fezuddin, Ayazuddin, and Minazuddin in the crime after an inquiry.
