Angelina Jolie accuses world leaders of being complicit in the thousands of deaths that have occurred in Palestine

In addition to being a well-known Hollywood actress, Angelina Jolie is an activist who has been closely following Israel’s conflict with Hamas. The actress took to social media to accuse international leaders of being guilty in the hundreds of deaths in Gaza since they have neglected to call for a ceasefire.

The “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” actress posted a photo of the horrific destruction on Instagram along with a long statement criticizing the role played by international leaders in their failure to put an end to the conflict.

“This is the deliberate bombing of a trapped population with nowhere to flee,” the author stated. Gaza is quickly turning into a mass cemetery after serving as an open-air jail for over 20 years.

“Innocent children make up 40% of those who are killed,” she said. Families as a whole are being killed. Millions of Palestinian civilians—children, women, and families—are being collectively punished and dehumanized while being denied access to food, medication, and humanitarian relief in violation of international law, all while the world looks on and with the active cooperation of several nations. World leaders are involved in these atrocities by refusing to call for and obstructing the UN Security Council from enforcing a humanitarian truce on both sides.

Since the Israeli Defence Forces reacted against Hamas, the terrorist organization, following the October 7 assassinations, the former member of “Original Sin” has been advocating for a truce.

The IDF has been bombing Gaza nonstop since the conflict intensified, killing hundreds of Hamas terrorists and demolishing most of their sites there, but at the expense of Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza.

The IDF is carrying out a number of on-ground operations in addition to its aerial operations. These include surgical attacks, targeting different Hamas outposts, cutting off their supply routes, and removing their leaders.
