Anu Aggarwal discusses trolls and the importance of ignoring what others are saying about her: “People will continue to say things.”

Actress Anu Aggarwal, who achieved widespread recognition in the 1990s for her breakthrough performance in “Aashiqui” with Rahul Roy and went on to produce other successes, left the profession to become a monk and follow a spiritual path. Now, after a few years, she has returned to Bollywood.
The actress discussed trolls and the importance of focusing on one’s goals in life in an interview with Bollywood Now.

“Aashiqui 2”: What is two, I asked my mother? That’s how I felt.
“You know, the thing is that we have heard the saying ‘Log Kya Kahenge’ since we were young,” she said. Frequently, parents also inquire, “Oh, what kind of clothes are you wearing?” How are you spending your time? What will the public say? Thus, I will advise you to release what others may say first. First, consider what I just said. Consider this.
She went on to remark that because people are always saying something, it is best to ignore what other people may think. “Now people will keep saying something,” the actress said. And in a good manner, people will realise that I’m significant enough for them to be talking about me. Whether they compliment you or make fun of you,. They will troll you, but why? Until you no longer own something unique inside you,. It’s how the internet trolls you. Correct? The question is, how do you see the bright side of things? I have discovered this through my life and experiences.
Following her enormous breakthrough in 1990 with the movie “Aashiqui,” the actress starred in a number of other films, including “Khal-Naaikaa,” “King Uncle,” and her last picture, “Return of the Jewel Thief.” She also contributed to the Mani Ratnam-directed Tamil film “Thiruda Thiruda.” Her stint in Bollywood was brief, as she left the industry six years after making a few appearances.
